Quintiq recently showcased its enterprise workforce optimization solutions at Mastering SAP (News - Alert) HR & Payroll Conference held in Melbourne, Australia, to demonstrate how enterprises can identify new and different ways to use SAP HR & Payroll functionality to generate business results.
Quintiq's workforce optimization solution is increasingly used as a fatigue management tool. It powers end-to-end planning and optimization of personnel, resources, and processes in a single planning environment, across all planning horizons.
According to Paul Shepherd, director of Quintiq Australia and New Zealand, fatigue management is an increasingly important issue in organizations concerned with employee and public safety, such as those in aviation. "We have worked with Airservices, on transforming their workforce planning to achieve critical HR obligations and organizational objectives in the areas of government regulatory and labor law compliance; scheduling, recruitment and training; integrating with SAP Payroll,” Shepherd added.
